Reservation Terms
Reserving a Mirumi means letting us know you'd like one, and getting first access to buy when we open on 1 September 2026. It is free, and it commits neither of us to anything until you choose to purchase.
1. A reservation is free and carries no obligation. No payment is taken to reserve. You are under no obligation to buy, and may cancel or simply not proceed at any time, for any reason.
2. It grants priority, not a guaranteed unit. A reservation gives you early access to purchase your chosen colourway ahead of the general public. It is not a completed order and does not reserve a specific physical item.
3. No sale until you pay. A contract of sale is formed only when you place and pay for an order on or after 1 September 2026. Until then, no binding agreement exists between us.
4. Availability. Stock and colourways are subject to availability. If a colourway is unavailable when you come to buy, we will offer an alternative or add you to the restock list. As no payment is taken at reservation, we accept no liability where a reservation cannot be fulfilled, including for reasons of supply.
5. Prices and details may change. Prices, specifications and launch timing may change before 1 September 2026. We will tell you of any material change.
6. Your details. We use the email you give us only to contact you about your reservation and the launch. We never sell or pass on your details. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Your statutory rights. Once you make a purchase, your full rights as a consumer under UK law — including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for online orders, a 14-day cancellation right — apply as normal. Nothing here affects them.
